Excellent. (as always) Planning a new kitchen on a budget can be hard work. Decided on a worktop and upstand’s colour etc and ended up getting a better product and a super deal. Tony in the kitchen showroom was on the ball and had everything ordered and sorted and delivered within the week. Tony (in the warehouse) was really helpful along with the young assistant Ella. All in all a really great experience this being our 3rd visit/purchase the latter being a Range cooker last year and a washing machine on our first visit. Absolutely amazing service. Nicola served me and was extremely helpful in helping me choose the right fridge freezer. She even went and got a milk bottle to check if it would fit in the fridge doors for me. Nicola is an asset to the company and immediately struck up a great rapport with me. We needed a new built-in oven and microwave, but we were unsure about dimensions and the correct power supply, so we really needed advice. We couldn't have come to a better place. Ella and Lucy spent ages checking out our old appliances and making sure which replacements were most suited to our kitchen.
