The hob features 10 power levels, including a booster on all zones, along with practical functions such as a timer function per zone, a child safety lock, bridge function, memory recall function, and a residual heat indicator. The pre-set temperature setting allows you to keep food warm at 70°C, and safety features like anti-overheat protection, anti-overflow, and auto pan detection provide peace of mind during cooking. The automatic safety shut-off ensures worry-free operation.
The downdraft extractor boasts 10 speeds, including a boost function, ensuring efficient and adjustable extraction for a fresher cooking environment. The auto timer function automatically switches off the hood after 10 minutes of use. For ventilation options, you can duct the extractor to an outside wall or use it as a recirculating hood with the addition of a charcoal filter. The ducting spigot size is 150mm, and the motor is included for ease of installation. To run the hood in recirculation mode, you can purchase the Caple CAP83CF recirculation kit and the KIT/960W recirculation ducting kit separately.
