If you're a wine connoisseur, then you might be thinking of upgrading your collection with a wine cooler. But where do you start when you being looking for this new appliance? That's why we've decided to pull together a quick faq about wine coolers and when and how they should be used.

- What wine should you put into the cooler?
Not all wine needs to be kept in the cooler. Red wine should be drank at room temperature (typically 12 - 19 Celsius), however storing it at a cooler temperature can help to keep it fresher and better to drink for longer. So if you're thinking about serving red wine with a meal, it's worth thinking ahead and keeping it out on the side to warm up before drinking.
White wines however should be served a cooler temperature, around 8 - 12 Celsius.
