Your kitchen and electrical appliances Manchester are some of the most used items in your home. • Clean your kitchen ventilation

Ventilation systems are brilliant for filtering out smells and heat, but only when they work properly! So if you're noticing that yours isn't working, then all you need to do is soak your fittings in hot soapy water. Or even easier, just put it in your dishwasher!

  • Keep your oven as hot as it can be

The seal around your oven door is a key component when it comes to keeping the heat inside your oven. Once the seal starts to slack, the heat will start to seep out. Did you know you can lose up to 20% of your ovens overall heat if your oven door doesn't close properly! This means that your food will take longer to cook, and won't cook as evenly. If you do start to notice your oven door slipping and sliding, then it is worth doing some homework and finding out where you can get a replacement seal from. It may end up saying you money in the long run.

  • Love your laundry appliances

The lint trap in your dryer can harbour dirt and it can spread from load of washing to load, which is something you don't want.  So spend a little bit of time cleaning out your lint trap and the dryer drum. For an easy cheat, why not use the vacuum cleaner instead!
