Here are our simple, yet incredibly easy ways of getting your kitchen sparkling!
- Freshening up your oven
Most people tend to reach for harsh chemicals when it comes to oven cleaning, but all you really need is some hot water, fairy liquid and some good old elbow grease. If you soak your oven trays, racks etc in just boiled water with lots of fairy liquid, that should do most of the work for you. Just be careful with the hot water.
- Deep clean the fridge
The fridge is one of those places that can sometimes be forgotten about. There might still even be some old left overs from Christmas tucked right in at the back. When it comes to cleaning your fridge, take it step by step. Empty it completely, get rid anything that's past its best and put everything else in containers to help keep it as fresh as possible. Once that's done, clean down the interiors and drawers with soapy water then just finish with giving everything a wipe down with some anti bacterial.
An easy way to keep those smells to a minimum is as simple as putting a small tray of bicar of soda in the back of the fridge, it works great as an odur neutraliser.
- Scrub that sink
Cream cleaners like Cif are perfect for cleaning sinks, pair that with a soft scrubbing brush and your sink will look like new! Just make sure not to scrub too hard as you may end up scratching the surface or dulling it.
